Jeithonas - Der letzte Pfad is an interactive labyrinth where you may get scared. Atmosphere is really horrorous. Graphics are simple, but in 3D with many resolutions (640x480 to 2048x1536). Sounds are also good. The only disadvantage is german language, but it's still possible to play and finish this game without knowing it.
