One scientist is doing some experiments on humans and creates strange humanoids. Or are they robots? Hard to say.

One of them, that’s you, is escaping. So we have one adventure game where you have to find certain items, use them or solve puzzles. What’s the problem? The graphics is one huge originality. The whole world I Humanoid 47 is strange and confusing. And you don’t know which items are active or useful so the difficulty is quite high.
