Japanese game are usually strange not only by names. This one is 3D shooter, if you count fly through space to mountain on horizon that will never come closer and obstacles that you can avoid, as 3D. Hero is cat playing paointball with strange enemies (from cat's heads to airships). Number of enemies is still growing up to entire madness, but it's only for cat, because they are all harmless. Maybe you will enjoy explosions for a while, but not for so long.
