review

Warsow 0.6
First notify you that we have about four years ago had the initial version 0.3, reviewed, but at that time had only 70 megabytes and so it was only a matter of time before the much newer and more modern version of the review will turn up.
The first thing I thought when you play, the feeling that I've ever played. It is a very, very close copy of Unreal Tournament 2004, mainly in terms of weapons. There is also, however, even a pinch of spice Q4Arena, which does not really matter. Since the creation of an avatar (which truly original) to join a game you do not expect anything you do not know.
Maps are so many, and as usual, not missing the download of those who are not in the basic package. Some maps are true (even graphics) just copies of said games, but most are completely original. The content is not bad and I also played during the Christmas holidays. Control is naturally adjustable, so you move quickly, it gets into the blood. What surprised me, however, were moves of more experienced opponents, who might not give hit with parkour-style, which managed to show off. What bothered me a bit, on an otherwise almost perfect game, collecting the weapons, power-ups, or armor, the point was that if you have not pass trough them directly, so you simply don't pick up, but also you can get used to it.
As far as playing style is waiting for you across traditional options death-match to instagip.
Graphically the game is not nearly beyond reproach, and even pulled over quality, I quite enjoyed psycho paints. For comparison I added two official screens.
Optional download Linux and or Mac version.
