This text game by programmer and creative mind Jiri Prochazka is sure to please many fans of the genre. Your quest is to get your hands on the mystic book of The mad Vala. In this very book is written a manual how to destroy all modern computers. Beware! The book is now in hands of dread Eight-bits and they wont hesitate long before deploying it.
It is quite funny text game made for DOS, which has been built on authors own engine Texys 1.0. Interface is classical, where you control the game by text commands to command prompt.
The story is about a group called The Eight-bits, which has destroyed your computer and has left you a message, that they posses The book of mad Vala. This book describes how to destroy all personal computers. So you journey to safe house of The Eight-bits to retrieve the book and save PCs, before its too late.
Entire game runs in text mode, but it is possible to start it on Windows without DOS-Box. What is unpleasant is, that if you switch to window mode, there is a text distortion. Everything else is fine. And sweet at the end, if you find The book of mad Vala, game goes on.
