It looks that Zynga totally failed in acquiring Popcap and Angry Birds developer Rovio. Popcap decided to turn down the offer $950 million and went under Electronic Arts for much less. Rovio is refusing $2.25 billion. The reason is the employee politics. It’s known that Zynga forces employess to work long hours and overtimes thanks very data-driven schedules.
