About War of Worlds
War of Worlds is an amazingly simple and quite addictive action style game. Just go out and defend your city from the alien ships - shoot at them and get more and more points. Be careful not to hit the Earth ships - they are on your side and if you destroy one of them you'll receive negative penalty points. It will be good to shoot at the asteroids as well for they may give you a bonus. So - what are you waiting for - go out and show them all what you can do...

| How To Install |
Use an extractor program such as
WinZip
on the PC to get
War of Worlds files. Double click the setup.exe file to install the game on
your pocket PC device.
Use the ActiveSync button as usual to install the game onto your
Pocket PC device. Now run War of Worlds and tap on button
Tap to Start button to play the game! If you have any queries about

In the main applications screen of
your device, tap on the War of Worlds's icon. The following picture will appear on
the display:
How to
Play
War of Worlds
Tap on button Tap to Start to open the game's menu - the picture shown above will be displayed. Tap on button New Game to start playing. If you have already received your registration key - tap on button Register and enter the key at the space provided.
Shoot at the flying Alien ships, at the UFOs and the falling asteroids by tapping on them with the pen. Avoid the Earth ships - they are on your side - if you hit them you are going to receive negative penalty points. When your bullets are over you can reload by tapping on the Reload button at the bottom of the screen. To scroll through the map use the the rocker button.
If you tap on the tiny grey button at the left corner of the screen the menu of the game will be displayed. At the upper part of the screen information about your current score as well as about the time left is provided.

If you choose Options from the menu of the game the following screen will be displayed. Here you'll be able to set the volume of the sound and the music as well as to activate/inactivate the games' effects and animations. When you are ready with the settings tap on button OK to exit this form.
| Tips&Tricks |
Hit the asteroids - they may bring you different kinds of bonuses!
While scrolling through the screen your time is ticking away whereas you are not able to shoot at the UFOs and/or the asteroids.... So be quick and do not scroll aimlessly!
Avoid shooting at the Earth ships for they are on your side - if you shot them you are going to receive negative penalty points!

The best results are kept in the High Score list where detailed statistics about the games played is also provided

| Registering |
The demo version is completely functional except that you can play only for 1.5 minutes and on each new game starting your time will be constantly reduced. After purchasing the game, you will receive a registration key and there will be no restrictions - e.g. you'll be able to play 3 minutes or even more depending on the bonuses you manage to get.
